Outpatient Services

Any person requiring outpatient medical rehabilitation.  OVR sponsorship is not a prerequisite to access services through CDPVTC’s Outpatient Services.

PROGRAM GOAL

To provide CDPVTC services to clients on an outpatient basis though-out Kentucky and neighboring states.
