The Carl D. Perkins Comprehensive Rehabilitation Center was Officially renamed the Carl D. Perkins Vocational Training Center effective November 16, 2006 By Executive Order of the Governor.  The Center Continues to serve individuals with disabilities and remains a division of the Kentucky Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Workforce Investment, Education Cabinet.
